SD: Standard/ less pixels 14:3
External Hard drive: Video fies are big

Purpose: Why? is it necessay?

Amount: how much? excessive use?
Effect/market: are you competing
Transformative use: addsvalue and re expresses material
Doctrine of Fair use: limitations
Plagiarism: using others work as if its your own (not legal but unethical)
Copyright infringement: leal violation of authours rights
